During these tough times we have to face many issues like stress. You may experience these in a variety of ways such as: a parent or family member being laid off at work, the lack of seeing friends and family, and pretty much the uncertainty of each day and what it will hold. Lets face it, we are living in a very tough time where everything that once surrounded us is changing. Grocery stores are crowded and ravaged, clothing stores are all shut down and trying their very best to stay relevant, and everyone is terrified to get within 6 feet of someone (please practice social distance though!). But, we must find ways to handle all of these stressors that seem to keep adding up. Below are some things you can do to keep a positive lifestyle and state of mind through all of the chaos that is ensuing around us.
